The project
Sortimo has been using confirmationLINE for several years to enable fast and automated order confirmation. Sortimo regularly updates the solution in order to remain technically up to date and to be able to use all new features directly. The latest update also introduced the innovative position recognition technology for the first time, which offers completely new recognition options at position level.
PILOT PROJECT CONFIRMATIONLINE
The collaboration with flowDOCS originally began with the introduction of the invoiceLINE. Thanks to the consistently positive experience with this solution, Sortimo also expressed interest in a solution for order confirmations. This request set the topic of digitization & automation of order confirmations inside SAP in motion at flowDOCS and this cooperation resulted in the confirmationLINE, which was thus introduced as a pilot project at Sortimo for the first time.
Regular update projects
Over the years, the confirmationLINE has been continuously developed and the solution is currently undergoing constant improvements. These developments result in regular updates for customers of the confirmationLINE, which are continuously implemented by Sortimo in order to always remain at the cutting edge of technology and to be able to benefit directly from the latest features.
Implementation of position recognition
One of the updates brought innovative position detection technology to the confirmationLINE, developed by flowDOCS. This technology enables a completely new approach to detection at position level. Position detection is seamlessly integrated into the confirmationLINE. The precise identification of position data ensures that Sortimo can now recognize and automatically record even more order confirmations without errors.
Joint projects
Sortimo has been a loyal customer of flowDOCS for many years and uses both the invoiceLINE for an automated invoice receipt process and the confirmationLINE for fast and automated processing of order confirmations. By using both solutions, Sortimo can operate in the familiar working environment for both incoming invoices and order confirmations and has harmoniously combined both processes.
